• Researching new rising and falling trends and sharing the findings with the buying team

• Analyzing the customer reports submitted by the Strategic Planning and Market Research Departments, using this data to create design, theme and range strategies for the upcoming seasons.

• To make trend presentations including fashion, silhouette and color predictions on the basis of target audience.

• Constantly updating the team with information about new trends

• While the teams are creating collections suitable for the denim group classification and option budgets, target customer expectations and price structure that can meet sales and profitability targets, customer trend and other market research data are created.

• supporting the team with store visits and shopping notes (web resources, focus group meetings, store and supplier visits reports)

• Coaching and mentoring the designers in my team,visiting suppliers for collection.

• Going to shopping and fairs abroad. Making seasonal catwalk analyzes and reporting their observations.

Management of the design department. Making overseas shopping. Explaining the trends to the designers and distributing all product groups (knitwear, coats, shirts, knits) to the designers in this direction and following the collection process. Making the entire denim and non-denim collection by me. Telling all the washings to the washers and having them done by me and following up. Granting manufacturing approvals for all product groups. Catalog shooting, arranging the agencies, product combinations, mannequin selections, styling.
